Troubleshooting
Todd and his staff diagnose system components, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control aspects.

Repairs
We repair all systems of machine tools.

Alignments
We perform alignments between machine tool and bar feed or between head stock, tail stock and turret. We reset home position when necessary or reset equipment back to factory alignment specifications.

Un/Re Installations
We handle equipment transfers, including preparation for shipment, unpacking, reinstallation. (Note: these services do not include customer electricity or air connections to the machine tool. The customer must provide proper packaging materials and coolant.)

Programming Backups
Todd and his staff assist in planning for future unknowns, developing disaster recovery programs, including backups for equipment software.

Preventative Maintenance
We help prevent equipment failures and increase up-time percentages with ongoing maintenance, scheduling of oil/filter changes, checking alignments, and inspecting belts. (Note: the customer must provide filters and recommended oils.)

Training
We provide instruction for proper operation of the machine tool, training workers in necessary daily maintenance procedures, including cleaning filters, oiling/greasing the machine tool.

Service Terms and Conditions

Rates are as follows:

$100 per hour of on-site service and support.

$50 per hour for travel to and from customer’s site.

$0.55 per mile to and from customer’s site.

Signed purchase orders must be received before work commences.

Parts must be ordered by the customer.

Customer invoices can be sent by mail or email.

Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice.

Credit cards not accepted.
